discount from Ad Valorem (Real Estate) taxes of your assessed value of your
Florida home and prevents a "forced" sale.
Do you realize that any person, lawyer, company, government agency, code
enforcement board, or any entity can place a (claim) lien against your
Home for any reason, without cause or without notification to you?
Some state laws states that a homeowner does not even have to be legally
notified if a lien is placed against their home! Judgments and liens can stay
enforced against a homestead property between 14 - 20 years depending on the
year is was filed!
The average Homeowner has certain options in protecting their most valuable asset,
