“But my Attorney, CPA, Financial Advisor, Mortgage Broker, Real Estate Broker, Banker, P&C Agent advised me that I currently have adequate protection through filing my Homestead exemption form and/or Homeowner Insurance and I do not need to Declare my Home as Homestead”….
